Civil Engineer

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), or equivalent.
• With background in Real Estate Industry
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Technical skills:

• Must know construction methodologies, read blueprints and understand other technical aspects of construction
• Must be able to handle different projects and is willing to be assigned to different sites.
• Storage and receipt of engineering drawings.
• Collection and management of engineering contracts.
• Collection and storage of engineering materials.
• Organizing and reviewing the minutes of the meeting.
• Collection and archiving of information on engineering transactions.
• Other responsibilities to be assigned by management leadership.

Project Manager

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree in any field.
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Electrical Engineer

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering – Electrical or equivalent.
• Have a strong interest in product development, market research, able to work under pressure.
• Keen to details, continuous innovation consciousness, strong communication ability and team spirit.
• Solid professional skills and strong communication and coordination ability.
• Proficient in Autocad and other related software.

Responsibilities:

• With knowledge in the national and local technical specifications, regulations, standards and policies related to construction industry.
• Responsible for the construction quality of work and timely monitoring of the project schedule provided by the contractor.
• Responsible for the review of electrical construction plans, make comments or recommendation to optimize cost, meet safety standards and other related concerns.
• Participate in the supervision of contractor’s work in accordance to plans and specification.
• Responsible for providing technical conditions for the bidding purposes.
• Constant coordination with other trade professional to avoid future problems.
• Responsible for the material review and on-site acceptance of the professional materials, and prevent unqualified materials from being used in the project.
• Organize the on-site completion and acceptance of the electrical works and the turnover works.
